Educational Award (2015) ➤ I was honored with the Educational Excellence Award by the District Education Office (DEO), Rupandehi, under the Ministry of Education, Government of Nepal, on the occasion of the 36th National Education Day. The award was presented by the then District Education Officer, Tek Bahadur Thapa, in recognition of my academic achievements.

IFMSA Certified SRHR Trainer ➤ I participated in the IFMSA (International Federation of Medical Students' Association) accredited SRT (Sub Regional Training); Asia Pacific SRHR Summer School 2023, conducted by NMSS from 30th Oct – 4th Nov 2023, and graduated as an IFMSA certified SRHR trainer [TACSE] in Kathmandu, Nepal.
I was awarded with “Digital Advocate Award” of Ambassador Cohort 2023/24 of Nepal Health Corps (NHC) presented by Dr. Lekhjung Thapa, a pioneer of Neurosurgery in Nepal, and Dr. Pradish Poudel; Founder of Nepal Health Corps (NHC).

Ambassador of Cohort 2023/24 ➤ I worked as Ambassador of Nepal Health Corps (NHC) representing my entire college and leading 35+ membered committee of NHC-MCOMS. Under my leadership, we conducted Intra-college Treasure Hunt with 100+ participants, coordinated with WHO-Nepal to conduct “Walk the Talk”, Motivational Session – “Defeating Depression” on World Mental Health Day, Online Art Competition on World Heart Day, Earthquake Management Event Project “Shake-alert” on National Earthquake Safety Day, leaded Project CerviAware on coordination with Annapurna Village Municipality as Chief coordinator of the camp where we conducted Cervical Cancer Screening on 165+ women along with other medical examinations. I leaded a solo project “Project Surakshya” where I educated 300+ students of Grade 6,7 & 9 in 3 government schools of Butwal, Nepal regarding Tuberculosis and Basic First Aid skills which was supported by Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City, Nepal Red Cross Society (NRCS), Lumbini Province and Anusmaran Foundation.
Strategic Officer of Ambassador Program 2024/25 ➤ I worked as the Strategic Officer of Ambassador Program 2024/25 of Nepal Health Corps (NHC) where we had 34 ambassadors from 34 different medical colleges of Nepal representing varied fields in health care like MBBS, BDS, BPH, B. Pharma and B. Psych.
2024 ➤ I was Quiz Master of the national level inter-college quiz “PPF Manipal Quiz Odyssey: Nationwide Quiz on Microbiology & Antimicrobials, 2024 - Season 1” with participation of 24 teams from different medical colleges across the country.
2025 ➤ I was Quiz Master of the national level inter-college “MeLeSoN Intercollege Forensic Medicine Quiz - Season 3” conducted by MeLeSoN (Medicolegal Society of Nepal) and Nepal Manipal College of Medical Sciences with participation of 40 teams from different medical colleges across the country.
2025 ➤ I was Quiz Master of Nursing Quiz Odyssey conducted by Manipal Teaching Hospital on the occasion of International Nurses Day 2025 with the participation of 26 teams of nurses from different hospitals of Pokhara Metropolitan City.
I served as Gandaki Province Ambassador for LLI (2024–25), actively participating in the Leadership Symposium, where I engaged with exceptional individuals from diverse fields such as law, economics, engineering, and marketing, gaining valuable insights and broadening my perspectives. Selected as one of the Top 30 youths nationwide for Liberty Camp 2025, I had the opportunity to learn from distinguished national and international speakers, making it a highly enriching experience in leadership, networking, and cross-sector collaboration.
2024 ➤ I was chief coordinator of the "Free Cervical Cancer Screening and Gynaecological Health Camp" conducted on 23 March, 2024 at Annapurna Rural Municipality, Kaski, Ward No. 3 (Patthar) where we screened 165+ women for cervical cancer along with gynecological and medical examinations with free medicines.
2025 ➤ I participated in 'Free Health Camp' on February 22, 2025, at Mahuja-20, Pokhara where we successfully screened over 125 people for hypertension and diabetes also providing eye and general health checkups.
National Youth Conference (2023) ➤ I participated in 3-day National Youth Conference representing my district Arghakhanchi on International Youth Day 2023 hosted by Nepal Youth Council (NYC).
First International Community Mental Health Conference (2024) ➤ I represented Nepal Health Corps (NHC) at the First International Community Mental Health Conference in Jumla, Nepal in 4th and 5th May, 2024 where I had privilege of presenting a poster titled "Promoting Mental Health and Awareness through Young Health Professionals" which also highlighted the impactful endeavors of NHC-MCOMS, an initiative I proudly led as an ambassador for the 2023/24 term. It was organized by Karnali Academy of Health Sciences (KAHS) and Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), in collaboration with the Centre for Mental Health and Counseling Nepal (CMC-N), Health Foundation Nepal (HFN), Nepal Institute of Mental Health (NIOMH), and Nepal Health Corps (NHC).
First International Diabetes Conference (2025) ➤ I participated and volunteered in First International Diabetes Conference 2025 hosted by the Dhana Yoga Foundation. Our scientific poster titled "Clinico-epidemiological Profile of Early-Onset Diabetes: A Descriptive Cross-Sectional Study," with me as a co-author, was presented at the First International Diabetes Conference 2025.
Medicolegal Conference in Nepal (MELECON 2025) ➤ I worked as a member of the Organizing Committee for MELECON 2025, hosted by the Medicolegal Society of Nepal (MeLeSoN). The conference was held in Kathmandu from August 16–18, 2025, and brought together leading forensic experts from Nepal and abroad.
Youth Campaign to #EndTB (2024) ➤ As a part of 24-24 Youth Campaign to #EndTB, I conducted the Tuberculosis related School Health Program for nearly 250 students of Grade 6, 7 and 9 of three governmental schools of Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City.
#YouthAgainstAMR Campaign (2025) ➤ I was participant of nationwide #YouthAgainstAMR Campaign conducted by Nymat Nepal. I conducted an AMR education session for students of Class 8 at Pragati Secondary School, Batuleychaur Pokhara, Nepal on 12th Feb. 2025.
HPV Awareness Campaign reaching 1000 Students (2025) ➤ I volunteered in the awareness program on Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), Cervical Cancer & HPV Vaccine conducted across ten schools of Pokhara Metropolitan City by the Department of Microbiology, MCOMS, and Public Health Literacy Organisation, USA, successfully reaching nearly 1,000 school students.
Nationwide Anti-tobacco Campaign (2025) ➤ I worked as core member of the Nationwide Anti-Tobacco Campaign conducted by Nepal Health Corps (NHC) in collaboration with WFPHA. I was responsible for campaign design, action planning, mentoring and grooming NHC ambassadors, video production and editing and research, successfully reaching over 7,500 school students across all provinces with the involvement of 260+ medical students nationwide.
