How does this work?

This is a simple, beginner-friendly citation and reference management tool, ideal for users unfamiliar with advanced software like Mendeley or Zotero.

Here's a quick example to illustrate its function:

Suppose you're writing an article on laparoscopic surgery and have cited sources as follows:

Laparoscopic surgery is a minimally invasive procedure [Paper2,Paper4]. It uses small incisions instead of a large cut [Paper1]. A thin tube with a camera, called a laparoscope, is inserted [Paper13]. Surgeons can see inside the body on a monitor [Paper3,Paper2]. Special instruments are used to operate through small openings [Paper1,Paper4]. This technique often leads to quicker recovery[Paper10]. It also causes less pain and scarring for patients [Paper9].

You'll get the following result with highlighted citations:
Laparoscopic surgery is a minimally invasive procedure [1,2]. It uses small incisions instead of a large cut [3]. A thin tube with a camera, called a laparoscope, is inserted [4]. Surgeons can see inside the body on a monitor [5,1]. Special instruments are used to operate through small openings [3,2]. This technique often leads to quicker recovery[6]. It also causes less pain and scarring for patients [7].
